la toulousaine's croissants are so authentic, i am obliged to attempt to say kwɑːˈsɒn.
almondrados: a passover-friendly alternative to coconut macaroons. 
chewy and soo lemony {though i added but half of the lemon zest that the recipe calls for}.
sunday supper: homemade veggie pad thai.
scraped the bottom of the speculoos jar and combined it with peanut butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar to create
one ferocious dark chocolate peanut butter cup. 
i am home for the holidays! this hole-in-the-middle was made by the world's premier hole-in-the-middle maker, my dear mum!

people often ask: molly, how you eat all this shit and not be 500 pounds?
my answer is that on most days, i'm a healthy hannah. veggies, whole grains, lots of running...
but this week was the exception. my winter gym membership ended. i never went grocery shopping. 
i had huevo tortas upon huevo tortas, midnight mac and cheese, and perhaps too many vodka tonics. 
but it's ok because now i am home with mum and planning the seder to end all seders.
